The regulations that govern CDR as a Sociedad de Gestion Colectiva de Derecho de Autor in Colombia, are Law 44 of 1993, Law 98 of 1993, and resolutions 088 of 2000 and 035 of 2002 of the Direccion Nacional de Derecho de Autor, a dependence of the Interior Ministry. These resolutions allow CDR to act as a reproduction rights organisation. Last year Law 1915 july 2018.

This year we invested in the implementation of a system of online settlements that allows visitors to visit a license electronically at the time of visiting licensees a settlement with bar code with the value to pay for reprographic licensing, also allows us to do sending massive settlements for the renewal of licenses of all licensees of the company, for this reason this year there was a decrease in the distribution that was invested in this software.
