HISTORY OF ORGANISATION
History of the organisation : JAMCOPY, The Jamaican Copyright Licensing Agency, was established in 1998 by Jamaican authors and publishers to manage their reprographic reproduction rights by licensing public access in Jamaica to copyright protected works. JAMCOPY received official recognition as the national RRO by the Government of Jamaica the year it was established and became a member of IFRRO that same year.
