Digital Licences
Types of works licensed: Licensing of educational purposes includes scanning of works in closed networks, such as the intranet. Scanned documents must be stored in a format which prevents manipulation. Access to the databases must be limited by use of password. Private businesses and educational institutions can use copyright protected material (except newspapers) in digital presentation tools such as Power Point and Smart Boards.
