HISTORY OF ORGANISATION
History of the organisation : CFC is a authors and publishers owned organisation created in 1984 to licence books and press publications'reproduction rights. CFC is approved by the Ministry of Culture. CFC licences reprographic reproduction rights under a compulsory collective management system since the 3rd January 1995 Act. Besides, CFC licences digital reproduction rights on the basis of a voluntary collective management.
