Thailand’s new Copyright Act in force

Thailand's Copyright Act (No. 2) B.E. 2558 (2015) was published in the Royal Gazette on February 5, 2015, and came into force on August 4, 2015. The Act introduces amendments to the Copyright Act B.E. 2537 (1994) on Rights Management Information (RMI), Technological Protection Measures (TPMs) and exemptions from copyright liability for Internet Service Providers (ISPs).
