IFRRO Public Lending Right Forum (IPF)
For the purpose of providing practical information and assistance to members which administer PLR, IFRRO has established a public lending right forum (IPF). It is organised as it follows:
Chair: Benoît Proot, Reprobel (Belgium)
Vice chair: Christian Roblin, SOFIA (France)
Purpose of the IFRRO Plr Forum:
i. The IFRRO Plr Forum (IPF) is directed towards IFRRO members involved in the administration of PLR, for the purpose of providing practical information and assistance to members which administer PLR. IPF may not make any statements on behalf of IFRRO.
ii. IPF is open to all IFRRO members.
iii. IPF elects a chair and a vice chair for a two year period to preside at its meetings. The chair shall be from a RRO member of IFRRO administering PLR, elected by all IFRRO members administering PLR on the basis of equal votes;
