IFRRO Statement at WIPO Standing Committee on Copyright and Related Rights
The 24th session of the WIPO SCCR (Standing Committee on Copyright and Related Rights) opened yesterday in Geneva. Main topics for discussions include exceptions and limitations for education. IFRRO made a statement at the meeting focusing that access to copyright material through agreements with RROs and rrightholders is what best meets the needs of education to legally access high quality teaching material in constantly changing environments.
