Gadi Oron appointed as CISAC Director General

It has  been announced that Mr Gadi Oron  has been appointed Director General of CISAC.

Mr Oron is a lawyer by training and expert in international copyright law and since 2012, he has held the position of CISAC General Counsel and was responsible for coordinating the organization’s legal and policy strategy internationally.

Olav Stokkmo, IFRRO’s CEO extends his congratulations to Mr Oran on his appointment. “Copyright and Collective management benefit from the main international federations representing authors, publishers and collective management cooperating to respond adequately to dynamic user needs, said Mr Stokkmo, “we look for to working together with Mr Oron”.
